Our Principals
Ted Willey, Ed.D. Principal – Ted Willey is an internationally recognized business consultant whose mission is to provide organizational assessment and leadership development services to organizations and their members. Dr. Willey specializes in assisting organizations to build their organizational and leadership capability through professional development processes and consulting services. His vast corporate experience includes directing successful business organizations in the development of their people practices and assisting companies to improve their overall performance.
Dr. Willey is an experienced practitioner in the fields of Strategic Planning, Collaborative Ideation, Organizational Transformation, Leadership and Organizational Diagnosis, Change Implementation, Valuing Generational Differences, Building an Accountability-Based Culture, Leadership Competency Analysis, Development Planning and Executive Coaching. He has extensive business consulting experience in the areas of Health Care, Hospitality, Banking/Finance, Public Utilities, Aerospace Defense Systems, Environmental Services, Airline/Transportation, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Informational Technology, Manufacturing, Federal and State Government and Oil and Natural Gas.
Ted is an accomplished facilitator, professional speaker, and the award-winning author of The Power of Choice: A Guide to
Personal and Professional Self-Management. As a corporate executive, knowledge leader, creative thinker, and leading edge
business entrepreneur he shares experiences that are instructive and enlightening.
Ted Willey holds a Doctorate Degree in Education from The George Washington University with a specialty in Executive Leadership and Human Resource Development. He is a member of The Human Resources Planning Society, a founding member of the Rocky Mountain Human Resource Planning Society, National Association for Corporate Directors, the Association of Corporate Growth in Denver and the National Speakers Association. Dr. Willey also has served as an adjunct faculty member in the Graduate School of Professional Studies at Regis University and is a resource advisor to The Daniels College of Business at The University of Denver.
Alan Forker, Principal – Alan is a senior human resource professional with a career of experience providing solutions to people and management issues within a broad variety of business and public sector environments. With a focus on business and employee development, problem solving and strategic and operational planning, his hallmark has been improving efficiency, effectiveness, and making a solid bottom line impact through better utilization of the human resource.
Alan has been Vice President Human Resources and Administration for two national companies and an executive coach and human resource consultant since 1989. He has made a significant impact through his many achievements, contributing to corporate profitability by strengthening the quality of the workforce and reducing turnover more than 50% through implementation of sound hiring practices, design of effective training programs and creation of innovative retention initiatives. His knowledge of employment law and success in managing numerous downsizing initiatives is well demonstrated. As chief company spokesperson, he successfully negotiated key contract concessions with a strong international union, reducing personnel related costs more than 20%, grievances 75% and avoiding an unfavorable union merger. He also redesigned and implemented new compensation programs within highly dynamic sales organizations and significantly reduced benefit costs by identifying and eliminating duplicate and unnecessary coverage’s. His broad level of expertise has been gained and consistently demonstrated while serving as both a senior corporate executive as well as a board member.
In addition to Alan’s solid experience as a corporate executive, he is also a leader in the human resources professional community. He has served as President of the Colorado Human Resource Association (CHRA), President/Colorado State Director for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). In 1997, the Colorado Human Resource Association recognized Alan as Human Resource Professional of the Year. He earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Management and was awarded a lifetime certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
